Whenever I open and then merely save (I'm talking no edits), the top target nav is munched and the formatting of the page midway is haywire. When comparing versions, many are indicated even though none were made.

This page was a disaster. I did my best to strip out all the junk code (which is what was causing the problems editing it — there were at least a hundred duplicate copies of the page embedded!) and split everything into its own page, which is where everything should have been in the first place.
